Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

  • Partner with Service Owners to understand talent needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Identify diverse sourcing channels, continuously optimising processes for efficiency and quality.

  • Proactively attract top candidates via direct sourcing, job boards, social media, networks, and referrals. Screen resumes, conduct interviews and manage candidate pipelines, maintaining accurate records in our ATS.

  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a positive and efficient candidate experience. Collaborate with Service Owners to develop interview guides and evaluation criteria. Conduct in-person or virtual interviews, assess candidate competencies, and provide recommendations for selection. Conduct reference checks and background verifications as required.

  • Promote Arcondis' employer brand through compelling job descriptions and marketing. Engage candidates throughout the process, ensuring timely updates and a positive end-to-end candidate experience.

  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to align on hiring needs, provide interview guidance, and foster strong recruitment partnerships.

  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics, conducting research for competitive insights. Share findings to enhance talent acquisition strategies.

  • Track and analyse recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing channels, candidate conversion rates, and time-to-fill. Prepare regular reports on recruitment activities, key performance indicators, and progress against hiring goals. Use data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes and outcomes.

Studies

Your profile

  • Proven experience as a Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Specialist in the consulting industry or professional services environment.

  • Strong understanding of the consulting industry, job roles, and desired skill sets.

  • Demonstrated success in sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through various channels and networks.

  • Excellent verbal & written communication in English (German is a plus)

  • Experience in conducting behavioural and competency-based interviews.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.

  • Familiarity with HR and employment laws and regulations.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (or comparable experience)
