Mission

Tasks and responsibilities

Lead and manage our global IT team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and customer-centricity.
Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business objectives and future growth plans.
Drive our cloud transformation initiative, with a focus on transitioning to Azure Cloud.
Oversee the design and implementation of new IT systems and infrastructure, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency.
Spearhead the automation of business processes to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and service providers.
Ensure IT systems and operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and value for money.
Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies and leverage them to the benefit of the organization.
Assume responsibility for IT project budgeting and timely delivery of outcomes.
Foster an agile working environment within the IT department and promote agile practices throughout the organization.

Studies

Your profile

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA would be a plus.
Proven experience as a Head of IT, IT Director, or similar leadership role.
Extensive experience in managing and leading global teams.
Demonstrated experience in cloud transformation, specifically with Azure Cloud.
Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and infrastructure.
Experience in automating business processes.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong strategic and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience working in an agile environment and promoting agile practices
